They are now seeking a Technical Project Manager to leadimplementation projects and ensure successful project delivery, meeting clientobjectives on time, within scope, and within budget.
Job Summary: The Technical Project Manager will playa critical role in overseeing and driving the successful implementation ofclient projects. This role requires robust project management expertise, strongorganizational and leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate acrossfunctional teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will excel at managingcomplex projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and fosteringcollaboration across on-shore and off-shore teams.
Responsibilities:
·End-to-End Project Leadership: Plan, execute,and close projects across various departments, ensuring alignment with definedproject goals, timelines, and budgets.
·Resource Timeline Management: Developdetailed project plans, allocate resources effectively, and monitor progress toensure milestones are met.
·Risk Management: Identify project risks anddependencies, creating and implementing mitigation strategies to addresspotential challenges proactively.
·Stakeholder Communication: Conduct regularstatus meetings and prepare project reports for stakeholders, ensuringtransparency and alignment throughout the project.
·On-Site Off-Shore Coordination: Coordinateefforts between distributed on-shore and off-shore teams, ensuring successfulexecution and delivery of client projects.
·Process Optimization: Drive continuousimprovement initiatives to enhance workflows, streamline processes, andincrease project delivery efficiency.
·Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closelywith product and engineering teams, providing insights and feedback to refineand enhance project execution.
Qualifications:
·Education: Bachelor’s degree in ProjectManagement, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or relatedfield. PMP or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
·Experience: 5+ years of experience in projectmanagement, ideally within tech or SaaS environments.
·Project Management Skills: Proficiency withtools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, or similar; experience withmethodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
·Leadership Communication: Strong abilityto interact effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels, driveresults, and foster a collaborative team environment.
·Problem Solving Risk Management:Analytical mindset with proven problem-solving abilities, experience inmanaging risks, and change management.
·Flexibility: Adaptability to changing projectrequirements and business needs in a fast-paced environment.
