Must-Have:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• 7+ years of experience managing technical programs, with at least 5 years focused on network infrastructure.

• Proven experience leading large-scale network initiatives, including LAN/WAN, cloud networking, and security projects.

• Strong understanding of networking protocols, technologies, and best practices (e.g., BGP, OSPF, MPLS, SD-WAN, VPNs).

• Hands-on experience working with cloud networking platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and integrating them with on-premises systems.

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation for large, complex programs.

• Demonstrated experience with risk management, dependency tracking, and issue resolution within technical programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve& as& the& Network SME& and& lead& the& planning, execution,& and& successful& delivery of large-scale network programs, including LAN/WAN, cloud networking, and network security initiatives.

Collaborate with& engineering, operations,& and& security& teams& to& ensure& that& network solutions meet business requirements, are scalable, and align with industry best& practices.

Manage& the& end-to-end& lifecycle& of& network projects,& including& defining& scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure that network infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and& new& implementations& are& successfully executed within& budget& and& on& time.

Develop& and& maintain& program& roadmaps,& ensuring alignment with& business priorities and technology strategies.

Identify& potential& risks,& dependencies,& and& obstacles,& and& proactively develop& mitigation plans to ensure successful program outcomes.

Serve& as& the& primary point& of& contact for& all& network-related& program activities, providing regular updates and reporting to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Drive& process& improvements to& streamline& project& delivery,& reduce& operational& costs,& and improve overall network reliability and performance.

Ensure& compliance with& network& security& and& regulatory standards& during& the implementation of infrastructure projects.

Experience& working& in& Agile& environments& and& familiarity& with& DevOps& principles.

5+ years of experience in building and maintaining standards, reporting, and dashboards within Jira.
