Job Description:
Accenture Federal Services is looking for a Technical PM to lead a dispersed team of experts. Assist the customer in raising their data proficiency and help them on their path to implementing additional machine learning models. Examine data from multiple sources and share insights which provide competitive advantage. Contribute to assets/offerings and thought leadership. Act as Subject Matter Expert in area of expertise. Respond to ad-hoc requests, operationalize responses to ad-hoc requests, perform operations and maintenance on existing operational libraries, perform statistical analyses and machine learning.
Manage a twelve-person team responsible for delivering DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines to a mission customer. Interface with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, and client services. Defines project scope and objectives. Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conduct project meetings and responsible for project tracking and analysis. Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables. Manage the integration of vendor tasks and track and review vendor deliverables. Support the technical lead with delivery planning to deliver automation and deployment of DevSecOps systems across multiple security fabrics.

- Manage task prioritization, scheduling and staffing
- Staff and recruitment decisions
- Communicate customer tasks and prioritization
- Identify the necessary resources (on site and corporate) to ensure team and mission success
Here's what you need:
- Masters degree and 10 years of experience managing, leading or overseeing technical projects or teams or Bachelors degree and 12 years of experience managing, leading or overseeing technical projects or teams
- Experience managing teams using DevSecOps and/or knowledge of CI/CD pipelines/software development lifecycle
- Experience working in Scrum or Agile environments
- PMI Certification
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code/Configuration-as-Code (eg: Terraform, Puppet, Chef, Pulumi, Cloud Formation, Ansible)
- Experience with Commercial Cloud Services (AWS, Azure)
- Experience working with ISSO & ISSE resources to develop security artifacts and to ensure the security of the environment
- Familiar with Terraform scripts, GitOps Tools or Platform One
- Experience managing teams using Kubernetes and containerization methods
Security Clearance:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
