Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Technical Project Manager** with expertise in **Microsoft Dynamics 365** to manage and oversee the implementation, customization, and optimization of Dynamics 365 solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience in project management, and a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Operations, and other relevant platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
- Lead and manage Dynamics 365 implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and adherence to project scope and budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, risk assessments, and timelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project alignment and success.
2. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, providing updates, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment of project goals.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and technical teams to define system requirements, customize solutions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality results.
3. Dynamics 365 Implementation and Customization:
- Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of Dynamics 365 modules to meet specific business requirements.
- Guide teams through the setup, testing, and deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives.
- Support the integration of Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems, using tools like Power Platform, Azure, and APIs.
4. Risk and Change Management:
- Identify and mitigate project risks, handling issues proactively to avoid delays or disruptions.
- Implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption across the organization.
5.Quality Assurance and Testing:
- Ensure that all technical aspects of the project meet defined specifications and industry standards.
- Oversee testing cycles to ensure the functionality, security, and scalability of the deployed solutions.
6. Post-Implementation Support:
- Provide ongoing support and optimization of Dynamics 365 after go-live, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation to evolving business needs.
- Work with clients to resolve post-implementation issues and enhance the system's performance.
Required Qualifications:
Experience:
- 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience managing Dynamics 365 implementation projects.
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Finance and Operations, and/or Supply Chain Management.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Proficiency in managing projects using tools like Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar.
- Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with integration of Dynamics 365 with other applications or systems.
- Knowledge of data migration strategies, user training, and post-go-live support.
Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or similar certifications.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with **Power Platform** (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) for reporting and automation.
- Familiarity with cloud-based environments, especially **Microsoft Azure**.
- Experience in **agile project management** or familiarity with agile frameworks.
