Skills Required
Manages multiple projects, typically in single functional area, or a moderately complex project. Identifies opportunities and makes recommendations for Process Improvements and/or Application Reliability Management. Provides performance feedback to leaders of project team members. Works under direction of IT Senior Managers and/or more senior Project Managers. Has extensive interaction with internal customers (i.e., Product Managers, Project Managers, and Business Analysts, etc.) and limited interaction with senior business leadership
Responsible for the program execution, delivery and quality across a team of developers - Be extremely data driven and drive/track program execution and delivery excellence - Work with product managers, architects, developers and testers to endure that the product is being designed, engineered and launched with the highest bar of engineering excellence - Must be able to drive clarity through ambiguous and complex dependencies, architectural challenges, recommend alternatives to ensure aggressive timelines are met - Balance business needs with technical constraints without compromising customer value - Identify big rocks, dependencies, pre and post launch challenges early, manage & mitigate risks, provide timely escalation management and reporting, encourage responsible risk taking to maximize business benefit - Be able to drive consensus across highly skilled staff to ensure design, quality and delivery is not compromised - Responsible for scrum and agile excellence

Must Haves
- 4 yrs. degree in Computer Science with 6- 8 yrs. of exp. -exp.
- supporting global organization and partnering with external dependencies
- Must have experience with Agile/Scrum
- Prefer: -eCommerce exp preferred
- Prefer certified scrum master
- Background as developer
