Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Program Manager with a proven background in the gaming industry. This individual will independently lead enterprise-level programs and associated projects within our Technology department portfolio, ensuring successful delivery while aligning with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will be adept at managing complex, multi-year programs, collaborating across teams, and leveraging technical expertise to navigate challenges. This role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Leadership:
• Independently lead and manage enterprise-level programs and projects.
• Develop and maintain critical program documentation, including roadmaps, status updates, timelines, scope, priorities, and risk assessments.
• Project Coordination:
• Coordinate efforts across multiple project managers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Serve as a project manager when necessary to ensure progress aligns with established goals and timelines.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues and communicate program roadblocks, dependencies, risks, and challenges proactively.
• Facilitate regular reporting and communication for PMO stakeholders through status updates, presentations, and strategic alignment discussions.
• Execution & Efficiency:
• Plan and execute multi-year programs while adhering to timeline and budget constraints.
• Use hybrid project management methodologies, including agile and scrum, to optimize program efficiency and deliver iterative progress.
• Participate in technical meetings and stay updated on relevant technical fundamentals.
• Mentorship & Best Practices:
• Provide mentorship on project management best practices to peers and team leaders.
• Maintain awareness of security, privacy, and compliance requirements throughout program execution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, with demonstrated success managing complex programs.
• Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), project management concepts, and hospitality operations.
• General knowledge of network infrastructure and hardware terminology.
