- Embedded Systems Development: Oversee the development lifecycle of embedded systems, including hardware-software integration, real-time systems, and safety-critical applications.
- Schedule and Resource Management: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. Manage resources efficiently to meet program objectives.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the project lifecycle, devise mitigation strategies, and ensure timely escalation to senior leadership when necessary.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing clear updates on program status, changes, and critical decisions.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, ensuring solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Vendor/Partner Management: Coordinate with external vendors and partners involved in the embedded system development to ensure smooth collaboration and delivery of components or services.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure that all embedded systems meet relevant industry standards, including safety, regulatory, and performance benchmarks.

- Proven experience managing complex, large-scale embedded systems projects.
- Hands-on experience in embedded software/hardware development is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of embedded systems architecture, real-time operating systems (RTOS), and hardware-software co-design.
- Familiarity with automotive standards such as AUTOSAR, ISO 26262 (functional safety), and CAN protocols.
- Knowledge of project management tools like JIRA, MS Project, or similar platforms.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different technical areas.
- Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a track record of proactively identifying and resolving technical and project-related challenges.
- Agility & Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing requirements, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Experience with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) or software-in-the-loop (SIL) testing environments.
