Job Title: Technical Program Manager
Location: San Francisco, CA (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and proactively address any roadblocks.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams (data analysts, engineers, business stakeholders).
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide clear and concise project updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to project methodologies and best practices. Collect and analyze project data to identify areas for improvement and optimize project delivery.
- Mentor and guide junior team members on project management principles and best practices.
- Strong SQL proficiency: Must have a solid understanding of SQL and its application in data analysis.
- Proven Program Management experience: Minimum [Number] years of experience in project management, preferably within a data analytics or technology environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

- Proficiency in project management tools: Experience with project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Teamwork and collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
