Technical Program Manager - Info Way Solutions

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical programs across multiple projects. You will work closely with engineering teams, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Define program scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve roadblocks.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
• Conduct regular status meetings and report on project progress to stakeholders.
• Manage dependencies and interdependencies across multiple projects.
• Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement in program management processes.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing complex technical programs, including software development, infrastructure, and cloud deployments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and software development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
