Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- 8 years industry experience in one or more of the following fields: New Product Introduction, supply chain management, manufacturing, operations, or planning.
- 8 years of infrastructure work experience.
Preferred qualifications:
- 12 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience working with executive leadership, Investigative, Quantitative reasoning, problem-solving, creativity and tactical skills.
- Experience in planning, manufacturing operations, logistics, material management, and supply chain design and strategy.
- Knowledge of typical Hardware Bill of Materials (BOM), Assembly and Test Processes, Project requirements and schedules.

In this role, you will join the team responsible for developing and implementing New Product Introduction (NPI) transformation processes to enable NPI launches. Your expertise in hardware and manufacturing supply chain processes and successfully develop, qualify and scale-up new manufacturing processes in collaboration with Contract Manufacturers (CM) and Joint Development Manufacturers (JDM). You will have an extensive understanding of the end-to-end supply chain tools, processes and techniques used to manufacture infrastructure and server products. You are a valued partner to the product development team via your industry knowledge, and advocacy of product ops organization to support delivery of the caliber products and fulfillment supply chains.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Work with hardware development teams to execute on large process implementation and improvements.
- Lead and align teams on goals and metrics, facilitating program sessions and delivering outcomes for NPI operation and supply chain program management roles.
- Develop, define, and lead top-level Objectives and Key Results (OKR 's) across multiple functional teams and in an ambiguous setting.
- Identify and deliver opportunities to integrate or modify existing processes and tools to support improved risk, resilience, and cost management systems.
- Coordinate with supply chain managers to identify robust new manufacturing supply chains requirements and collaborate with engineering teams to enable scalable manufacturing processes to keep up with new technology and industry standards.
