About the Role

eShocan is seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Program Manager to join our Interiors Team. In this role, you will collaborate with a team of talented engineers to support the interior development efforts.You will be responsible for managing multiple project schedules, coordinating activities across departments, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results within budget constraints. This position will involve working closely with management, design, craftsmanship, UX, supply chain, testing, and vehicle safety teams to lead the design and development processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination & Scheduling:

  • Manage multiple scheduling activities for simultaneous interior development projects.
  • Track progress and foster teamwork to ensure milestones are achieved on time.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Operate across multiple departments to coordinate design, engineering, and supplier activities.
  • Track and maintain timing for deliverables and maintain seamless data flow between Design, Engineering, and Suppliers.

• Tools & Systems Management:

  • Use Jira to communicate engineering tasks and track progress.
  • Publish critical information through Confluence for effective documentation.
  • Track design release and engineering change requests via ECR system.

• Supplier Coordination:

  • Manage data exchange and track development of new technologies and innovations with suppliers.

• Process Improvement:

  • Develop and implement processes with engineering to improve efficiencies.
  • Maintain and manage Bill of Materials (BOM).

• Progress Reporting:

  • Provide regular updates to management on project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications

• Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in technical program management or related roles.

• Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of interior systems and development processes.
  • Proficiency with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

• Experience developing automations that integrate tools like Excel, Jira, and Catia (e.g., using VBA or Python).
• Familiarity with the 3dx Platform.
