Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program management.
Experience in the end-to-end Silicon Development Process (eg. System on Chip- SOC, Silicon Design, Integrated Circuits- ICs, etc)
Experience in the end-to-end Silicon Development Process (eg. System on Chip- SOC, Silicon Design, Integrated Circuits- ICs, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience with optimizing silicon designs for low-power.
Understanding various teams and stakeholders involved in silicon development.
Ability to effectively communicate and influence across a range of executive, technical, and cross-functional audiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Help drive alignment on silicon power goals and roadmap across cross-functional silicon and Pixel hardware and software teams
Prioritize program goals, understand and translate other stakeholders’ needs into program goals and prioritized deliverables with minimal assistance, and contribute to decisions on prioritizing goals and deliverables.
Define the scope of projects and develop, execute, and/or manage project plans for supported program(s).
Review key metrics pertaining to a program, monitor potential metric deviations, and define corrective actions for critical deviations.
Identify, communicate, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work toward mutual goals. Build, maintain and enhance business, operational, and management dashboards.
