Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in program management.Experience in demand planning, forecasting, transition planning, S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning), or IBP (Integrated Business Planning).Preferred qualifications:5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.Experience with data analytics, reporting, and scripting using SQL or similar technologies.Knowledge of networking infrastructure languages. One of the key functions to enable faster deployment is the ability to forecast and pre-position materials. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operational and process improvement activities for Material Demand Planning.Generate a monthly forecast of the materials needed to support the procurement of all networking equipment across the organization as well as build new cross-functional processes to expand the material demand planning pipeline across new areas.Work closely with Network Operations Supply Chain (NOSC), NIE (Network Space and Power team), and Technical Infrastructure Finance to support fulfillment against the forecast as well as root cause analysis for variances against metrics to define and implement improvement programs.Work closely with Network Designers, Network Engineers, NetOps Supply Chain (NOSC), TI Finance to manage NPI transitions, support budgeting and procurement as well as risk management.Partner with network engineering and field deploy teams to increase efficiencies from within the organization.
