You will be responsible for the organization the overall team, and will establish clear roles and responsibilities, global management of capacity deliverables, plan of records and schedules across the global network delivery organization to meet Google’s needs.Behind everything our users see online is the architecture built by the Technical Infrastructure team to keep it running.

Responsibilities Manage global capacity deliverables, plan of records, and schedules across organization which includes ensuring dependent projects are started in time to support schedule of downstream dependencies.Understand partner team dependencies, constraints, designs and forecasting mechanisms that impact the business by engaging early/often, and collaborate on process improvements.Provide health reports highlighting wins, risk, and upcoming demands which includes analysis of document patterns, spikes, and lessons learned.Drive root cause corrective actions and make recommendations to the business to prevent known issues from recurring and constraining capacity.
