Technical Program Manager
(On-site in Canton, MA 1-2 days/week) compensation: $130k

A local health insurance provider is seeking a Technical Program Manager with a focus on data management initiatives.

YOUR CAREER GOALS
Drive successful delivery of new initiatives and capabilities for the business.

YOUR AMAZING QUALITIES
You possess extensive expertise in program and project management and are able to carry out multiple initiatives at once.

• Bachelor's Degree
• Master's Degree or MBA strongly preferred
• 10-15 years of project and program management experience
• Health industry
• You have Agile and PMP experience

REQUIREMENTS

• Leverages deep technical/business/data knowledge to develop an implementation strategy, roadmap, and plan by taking complex inter dependencies and business impact into consideration
• Manage the business/IT relationship
• Ensure deadlines are hit
• Understanding of Software Development life cycle and data management tools like Informatica and Databricks
