Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- 7 years of experience in technical program management with a focus on data and model governance, infrastructure, or automation projects.
- 3 years of experience working on machine learning infrastructure projects.
- 1 year of experience with Safety Classifier enablement.
- Knowledge of data governance principles, data management technologies, and automation frameworks.

As the Technical Program Manager for AI Governance Infrastructure, you will lead cross-functional teams across multiple organizations to develop and implement infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, legal experts, privacy/security experts, and other stakeholders to define and execute comprehensive data and model governance programs.
- Collaborate with partners to develop and enhance data filtering mechanisms, establish mechanisms for ensuring data quality, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support communication and collaboration between diverse teams across organizations to ensure alignment on data governance goals and strategies.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of automated processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and scalability.
