Overview: Our client is looking for a Technical Program Manager for a HYBRID position based out of Richmond, VA.
Responsibilities:
- As a Project Manager for various technical projects, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and overseeing project deliverables.
- This involves working with System Office IT staff, system owners, and college staff to ensure the needs of the community are being communicated, understood and met.
- Responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring resource allocation, managing project updates, running steering committee meetings, and facilitating effective communication to drive the successful implementation of project initiatives in alignment with organizational goals.
- Ideal candidate will have experience leading technical enterprise system projects involving various stakeholder groups.
- This experience MUST be clearly reflected on resume with technical details included. Experience with PeopleSoft enterprise systems is a plus as is VA state Cardinal system experience.
- Experience using agile project management methodology is desired.
Requirements:
- PMP Cert required.
- 6 Years Experience with Agile methodology.
- 6 Years Experience leading People Soft HCM or other ERP projects.
- 5 Years Experience leading PeopleSoft HCM (version 9.2).
