We're seeking a Technical Production Artist who thrives on innovation, helping to drive us to the forefront of art automation & technology, helping to support overall company growth. This position will work under the direction of our IT Manager, focusing on testing various processes, ultimately leading to the implementation of new art tools throughout our company.
When you're not diving into the latest tech, you'll collaborate with our Creative Department (ie: the awesome Art Team). If you're a creative problem-solver, open to new ideas with a love for process improvement (Continuous Improvement is one of our core values, after all!), have superior communication skills and a knack for teamwork, this could be your perfect fit.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, hours TBD.

Essential Job Functions | Prioritize + Innovate + Test + Research + Modify + Adapt + Communicate
· Work with the IT Manager to test and refine new art automation tools, ensuring they meet the needs of our growing company
· Partner with the Art Department to seamlessly integrate new processes and provide cross-functional support
· Prioritize daily workload based on system timelines and project needs
· Meet specifications of IT manager and Art department needs
· Utilize knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and similar programs to test system processes and develop automation scripts
· Be open to new ideas and drive continuous improvement in our art processes
· Attend all scheduled meetings and communicate effectively with both the IT and Art teams
· Other responsibilities as directed, to support company value of Team

Qualifications | Adobe Illustrator + Organization + Multitasking + Process Improvement
· 2- or 4- year Graphic Design, Art or Computer Science degree
· Illustrating background and experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop or similar programs required
· Built or used Adobe Actions or Automation scripts
· Works well within a team environment
