Job Title: Technical Product Support Analyst

Scope:
Individual will work in Business Operations (Operational readiness) supporting 2 key groups/initiatives.
This role requires a Technical resource who will be responsible to ensure all products are operationally sound prior to going out. Will ensure analytics, dashboards and metrics are up and running so they can monitor the health of the application.
Will work extensively with Splunk as primary data tool. Will need to be able to write queries, build dashboards, interpret patterns and explain anomalies.
Requires great communication skills both written and verbal and previous experience in a Production support environment.
Should have experience working with software, error coding, messaging.
**Splunk is the key differentiator between candidates. This is a HUGE plus but those with it will get a 1st look and consideration. If they don't have it they must have data software background.
** SW Dev background is bonus, helps understand the challenges the developers face.
**Automation a plus
**Cable/HSI or Video experience a plus
Tableau is a plus
