Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, market, and technology trends to craft a compelling vision and strategy for our product line.
- Define and manage comprehensive product roadmaps to deliver on the strategic vision and goals.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver products that delight our customers and solve their unique problems.
- Lead the full product lifecycle, from ideation, research, and prototyping, through to development, launch, and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Define and analyze metrics to guide product development and to measure success.
- Communicate product plans, benefits, and results to all stakeholders, from team members to executives.
- Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies and work with marketing and sales teams to maximize product adoption and success.
- Act as a product evangelist, both internally and externally, to build awareness and understanding of our products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in product management in the technology industry.
- Proven experience in software and application development.
- Demonstrated success in leading go-to-market (GTM) strategies and product launches.
- Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and experience with product management methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a variety of audiences.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and to influence without formal authority.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Passion for technology and a customer-first mindset.
