Job Description:
Manage the build teams day to day tasks and activities through the engagement life cycle
Interface with Product owners and Product level PMs for grooming and prioritizing the backlogs
Conduct steering meetings and measure the team performance (SDPI) daily/weekly through Iteration Tools in Rally and striving for continuous improvement through retrospectives and follow up actions.
Support Customer Project Manager related to escalations, risk, and any dependency
Monitors, Tracks and reports progress to the project stakeholders
SPOC to Customer supervisor and the Customer project manager for clarifications and reviews
Prepare the Knowledge Transition Plan and track the status based on the plan
Responsible for Release and Sprint Planning
Set up Demos
All other activities as part of Agile Ceremony
Actively share expert knowledge with and provides guidance to members of the build team
Monitor and Report status of all work packages, progress, risk and issues to the Customer Delivery Manager on a weekly basis, including project resource utilization.
Participate in the Customer Project Managers weekly status review meetings
Take overall responsibility for applicable deliverables pertaining to build team
