Job Description:
- In this key and instrumental role, you will be responsible for a variety of duties on our world class manufacturing floor, e.g., production, packaging, forklift operation, minor machine maintenance and care, warehouse functions, and quality functions.
- This cross functional responsibility is the key to our success.
PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:
- Maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality
- Cooperation and engagement with leadership demonstrated in a willingness to assist fellow employees in a high performance team centric environment
- Willingness to work ovetime and at times on short notice
- Thorough understanding of safety rules and the safe operation and behaviors at all times
Quals--
- EDUCATION
- HS Diploma or GED
EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years in a manufacturing environment
- Related manufacturing or trade school experience a plus
- use and understanding of hand tools and measuring devices helpful
- Working with raw material to manufacture StoneFacade
