Technical Operator - Apidel Technologies

Qualifications:

EDUCATION
HS Diploma or GED

EXPERIENCE:

 3%2B years in a manufacturing environment
Related manufacturing or trade school experience a plus
use and understanding of hand tools and measuring devices helpful

Responsibilities:
In this key and instrumental role, you will be responsible for a variety of duties on our world class manufacturing floor, e.g., production, packaging, forklift operation, minor machine maintenance and care, warehouse functions, and quality functions. This cross functional responsibility is the key to our success.

PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:
Maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality
Cooperation and engagement with leadership demonstrated in a willingness to assist fellow employees in a high performance team centric environment
Willingness to work ovetime and at times on short notice
Thorough understanding of safety rules and the safe operation and behaviors at all times

Comments/Special Instructions
These positions are temp to perm (based on performance & attendance). The site is looking for candidates with manufacturing experience and job tenure. Workers will be working with raw material to manufacture Stone Facade, and that previous experience is not only helpful in job duties, but understanding of safety procedures. Unique work environment, loud, high visibility site, dusty from material debris, PPE required at all times. Steel toe shoes and long sleeves. The manager is not interested in viewing candidates with only warehouse or distribution experience. Workers will be selected based on resume. No interviews will be conducted. Must be able to work 12hr rotating shift (2-2-3) from 6a-6p.
