We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing technician issues, job-related matters, and ensuring quality control across all projects. Responsibilities:

1. Technician Management: Serve as the main point of contact for technicians, addressing any issues or concerns they may encounter during assignments.
2. Job Oversight: Monitor all ongoing projects, ensuring that they adhere to established standards and timelines. Perform regular check-ups on job sites to assess progress and address any emerging issues.
3. Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship and service delivery. Conduct inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company policies.
4. Problem Resolution: Act as a liaison between technicians, clients, and internal stakeholders to resolve job-related issues promptly and effectively. Troubleshoot any challenges that arise and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
5. Job Logistics: Manage logistical aspects of jobs, including coordinating access to job sites, securing necessary equipment or materials, and facilitating communication between relevant parties.
6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of job-related activities, including incident reports, service requests, and project documentation. Ensure that all documentation is complete, organized, and easily accessible for reference.
7. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the dispatch function. Collaborate with team members to implement best practices and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
   

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a dispatch or coordination role preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and software.
• Fluent in English and Spanish-speaking required.
• Availability to work the specified hours from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
