Roles & Responsibilities

• In Depth and proven experience of Client Operating systems like XP, Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8/10 to MCP certification level
• Excellent Client Level Networking/TCP Troubleshooting (DHCP, DNS, 802.11x), VPN
• HP Network printers and managed print servers, HP JetAdmin.
• Troubleshooting skills for Cisco Environment in quick time (Nexus 5k and 7k series, Cisco Enterprise routers 3900, 3800 & LAN switches 4500, 3700, 3800, Cat9K and Nexus 9K.
• Knowledge of Wireless technology autonomous and lightweigh

• Support and handle the requirements directly as needed Coordinate with other teams for incident and problem management.
• Take ownership of critical incidents, major incident and site wise outages
• Coordinate with relevant support team, site facilities, and Incident Management team and drive till closure.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate IT service delivery processes to identify areas for improvement, streamlining workflows, or developing new procedures to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Ensure that changes to IT services are properly assessed, authorized, and implemented with minimal disruption to business operations. This involves working closely with the change management team and various support teams, application teams – local and global.
•  Provide regular updates on KPIs, SLAs, CSATs and team performance to the client management through weekly and Monthly client meetings.
• Build strong relationships with local and global support teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange between different departments.
•  Collaborate with technical teams to keep Windows Operating system up to date along with regular roll outs for Monthly Security updates, drivers and BIOS.
•  Provide support for corporate conferencing, Exec meetings and ensuring the ready availability of meeting room resources.
