The Technical Lead will serve as the key liaison between the client and the integrator, ensuring a smooth technical strategy and development process throughout the SAP project. This individual will work closely with both Client and the client, confirming and aligning technical requirements, and overseeing the project's technical execution. As a vital part of the team, the Technical Lead must have strong communication and leadership skills, with a deep understanding of SAP technologies and agile project management.

The Technical Lead will serve as the key liaison between the client and the integrator, ensuring a smooth technical strategy and development process throughout the SAP project. This individual will work closely with both Client and the client, confirming and aligning technical requirements, and overseeing the project's technical execution. As a vital part of the team, the Technical Lead must have strong communication and leadership skills, with a deep understanding of SAP technologies and agile project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical liaison between the Client team, the integrator, and the client.
- Work closely with the client to confirm and align technical requirements for development, ensuring these meet the overall project goals.
- Provide strategic technical guidance to the integrator, ensuring best practices are followed during development and implementation.
- Oversee and manage technical development efforts, ensuring the successful delivery of SAP solutions.
- Coordinate and support SAP ABAP development, transport management, and configuration activities.
- Facilitate effective communication across all stakeholders, ensuring technical updates are clearly understood by the client and the Client team.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure technical objectives align with project goals and timelines.
- Travel to Columbia, SC for on-site meetings and collaboration (approximately 25% travel).
- Ensure adherence to agile methodologies, acting as a Scrum Master to promote agile practices.
- Participate in project reviews, status meetings, and problem-solving sessions to identify potential technical challenges and proactively address them.
Required Qualifications:
- SAP ABAP Development Certification: Demonstrated experience and proficiency in SAP ABAP development, with the ability to oversee and guide development teams.
- Certified Agile Scrum Master: Strong knowledge and practical experience in agile methodologies, specifically in leading Scrum processes.
- Project Management: Solid understanding of project management principles, including planning, execution, and monitoring of technical development activities.
- SAP Solution Manager: Expertise in utilizing SAP Solution Manager for transport management and overseeing system configurations.
- SAP Transports SME: In-depth knowledge of SAP transports, ensuring seamless development to production processes.
- Technical Strategy & Development: Proven ability to define and implement technical strategies that align with project goals and client requirements.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead technical teams, manage project development phases, and drive the integration process.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in client-facing roles with global integrators or large consulting firms (e.g., Client).
- Prior experience managing SAP technical development for large-scale implementations.
- Expertise in managing on-site and off-site teams effectively, without relying on offshore resources.
