Responsibilities:Empower AI: Provides strategic leadership, architectural guidance, technical integration, and direct operational engineering support to align contract support with customer requirements and priorities. Develops and maintains systems and information processes to support enterprise mission needs; develops information technology rules and requirements that describe baseline and target architectures. Establishes and maintains information technology policies, procedures and standards. Interfaces with customer technical and project leadership. Serves as the Alternate Program Manager.
Highlights of Responsibilities:
- Supports the Program Manager in the development, management, and execution of the contract support strategy
- Collaborates with the Empower AI Leadership, Staff and Government Customers to provide industry vision and strategic direction with regard to customer missions
- Participates in account strategy sessions, strategic assessments, and design reviews to validate enterprise approach and associated work products
- Accountable for the Services Portfolio
- Establishes, manages and refines service delivery processes
- Establishes guidance for Operational Frameworks and Practices (e.g. ITIL, PMP, Agile)
- Oversees cross-functional team knowledge transfer sessions
- Drives the technology innovation vision, strategy, and execution .
- Maintains Empower AI reach back with corporate and teammate Centers of Excellence (CoE) to drive best practices in IT Service Management, Program Management, Agile methodologies, and Software Development
- Coordinates the engagement of engineers with Empower AI’s innovation lab to demonstrate, test, and explore potential service improvements and innovations
- Oversees the Empower AI Continuous Improvement program
- Supports the operational leads in ensuring technical integration across the contract and fostering innovation
- Guides the determination of information technology inadequacies and/or deficiencies that affect the contract’s ability to support/meet contract requirements and organizational goals
- Provides guidance and direction to contract staff, acts in a consulting and/or advisory capacity
Minimum Requirements:
- TS/SCI clearance or eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10 years of IT management or engineering leadership experience
- Experience working in the defense industry
- DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Project Manager qualified (DCWF 802)
- CISO, CCSP, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CISSP-ISSEP, CISSP-ISSMP, or GSLC certified
- Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certified
- Information Technology Information Library (ITIL) Foundation certification
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree
- ITIL Intermediate, Practice Manager, Managing Professional, or Strategic Leader certification
- Experience supporting Army Information Technology programs
