Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- Experience delivering digital transformation projects to global organizations.
- Eligible for US Government Secret security clearance.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience working with new and emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud and broader enterprise technology transformation space.
- Experience collaborating with and building technical solutions in partnership with United States Postal Service.
- Experience building relationships with government officials and C-level stakeholders by developing an understanding of the customer business insights.
- Experience collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver solutions.
- Active US Government security clearance.

As a Technical Delivery Executive, you will work directly with Google’s most public sector customers on multi year transformational engagements underpinned by Google’s Cloud Platform (GCP) to customers. You will provide thought leadership, delivery management, consulting, and technical vision to customer engagements while working with Google's cross-functional executives and technical leaders to oversee the planning and deployment of solutions via Google Cloud Platform.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Be a thought leader within Google and the industry, delivering communications that enable growth. Lead Google Cloud professional service engagements, owning the full business cycle and influencing C-level executives.
- Establish partnerships and trusted relationships with cross-functional leaders, advocating for customer needs. Be able to leverage partners and a broader ecosystem to ensure customer success, creating plans focused on delivering early value to self fund transformation.
- Drive program performance, establishing governance and prioritization aligned with key performance indicators.
- Enable positive brand reputation and ecosystem trust. Be a change advocate, supporting customer leaders through evolving needs.
- Drive operational consistency, optimize efforts, and lead technical decision-making for holistic programs that enhance engineering velocity and excellence. Additionally, drive GCP platform adoption and lead a planning framework for a program portfolio.
