About the Job
Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree in education or equivalent practical experience.4 years of experience with cloud computing technologies, including infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), DevOps practices and automation tools.4 years of experience in collaborating with technical subject matter experts to develop training content and curricula.4 years of experience in designing and developing learning solutions in various formats.Preferred qualifications:Certification in Associate Cloud Engineer or Professional Cloud Architect or familiarity with Google Cloud Infrastructure Modernization solutions.2 years of experience in coding or scripting in one of the following languages (e.g.,Python, PHP, Go, Ruby, C#, Javascript, Perl, PowerShell, or Unix/Linux shells).Experience with Camtasia, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar e-learning development tools.Experience creating or managing lab activities.Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills for the purpose of skills development (including explaining technical topics to novice or non-technical audiences)

You will have a grasp of cloud computing technologies and learning and development tools and principles (e.g.,instructional design)
You will keep your technical skills honed, and aspire to be a technical leader in the organization.Learning is the ongoing quest for understanding, and we made it our mission more than 20 years ago to organize the world’s information to make it universally accessible and useful

Perform needs and task analysis, scope projects, and evaluate existing documentation to identify the most appropriate training approach and content to meet the learning needs of each audience across multiple global locations.Be responsive to the fluid nature of innovation and analysis content in a structured manner.
