About the Job
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
Mandatory (minimum 1 years of experience as a technical support)
Location:& United States (remote) - Candidates from& ( Tennessee , Arizona, Florida)
Note: This job require&
10-20% onsite smart lock installation support
& (Travelling charges will be reimbursed)
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with technical issues via email, chat, and phone.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Troubleshoot problems, identify root causes, and provide solutions.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions.
Qualifications
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with SAAS products and technical support experience is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Node.js, JavaScript MySQL(Strong Knowledge).
Experience with Hardware/IoT devices ideally Smarthome Devices like Smart Loct etc.
