- Financial Industry Experience (ie. T-Rowe Price, Legg Mason, etc.)
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Has a technical background (previous development experience).
- Experience using Wiki (documentation tool/information repository).
- Process Performance Management; tracking development process, bug tracking, etc.
- Ideal candidates will possess a Statistics and/or Math background, which will assist in processing and presenting systems related data.
