Title: Technical Business Analyst – Opera PMS

Location: Orlando, FL – Onsite Role

Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description:

• We're looking for a candidate with previous experience in hoteling, cruising, airlines, etc.
• Good experience with any hospitality products like Oracle-Opera, Amadeus, Travel box, HotSOS & Travelport would be great plus.
• Hardware and Software Management: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of hospitality software systems such as PMS, CRM, booking platforms, and revenue management systems during and post project implementation.
• Technical Implementation experience on Hotel Industry products like below is required for this role
• PMS (Property Management System), CRS (Central Reservation System), Ops (Operations Management System) &Facilities Management Systems
