POSITION SUMMARY:
The PWM UHNW Business Development Marketing Temp is a position focused on supporting Private Wealth Management (PWM) and International Wealth Management (IWM) teams as they engage their Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients and prospects. The role involves managing premium client events and executing various business development / marketing initiatives to differentiate the PWM and IWM brands in the ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) market. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, including collaborating with Private Wealth Advisors (PWAs) and International Client Advisors (ICAs) to enhance their digital presence and develop customized marketing materials and strategies.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
" Plan, execute, and track premium client events (experiential and thought leadership) for UHNW clients and prospects, ensuring seamless coordination and impactful engagement.
" Manage the internal PWM UHNW Business Development website, ensuring resources are updated, organized, and accessible.
" Collaborate with PWAs and ICAs to enhance their digital presence, including updates to websites, LinkedIn profiles, and other digital platforms.
" Develop and customize marketing materials that align with the firm s branding and meet client-specific needs, providing white-glove support to PWAs and ICAs.
" Work closely with Legal and Compliance teams to review and approve marketing content and materials, ensuring adherence to firm policies and regulatory guidelines.
" Support broader marketing efforts, including digital campaigns, content development, and social media strategies to amplify the PWM/IWM brand.
" Track and analyze marketing performance metrics using dashboards and reporting tools, providing actionable insights for optimization.
" Conduct competitive research to identify opportunities for client engagement, event offerings, and partnership strategies.
Provide project management support for Art Resources Team.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
" 2-4 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or project management.
" Bachelor s degree required.
" Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
" Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital marketing tools.
" Experience managing websites, digital campaigns, and social media platforms like LinkedIn.
" Excellent writing and communication skills, with experience in creating client-facing materials.
" Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
