Technical Business Analyst at Insight Global

One of our Fortune 100 clients in the automotive industry is looking for a Senior level BA/QA to join their team. This Business Analyst role will support the implementation of a major program as part of a Release Track team supporting management of Environment, Data, Release, Cutover, and Testing. This includes many technologies for existing systems, with primary new systems focused on Microsoft Azure and D365. The Analyst should be a creative and self-driven individual with excellent communication, organization, and technical skills to support the business and delivery teams working on the program. This role is paying anywhere from $50-58/hr depending on experience.

Key responsibilities for the Business Analyst/Quality Analyst role:

• Lead ERP implementation projects, including design, configuration, testing, training, and cutover.
• Align functional design and processes with business requirements.
• Utilize both waterfall and agile methodologies (preferably SAFe).
• Manage software and systems development life cycles.
• Use Azure DevOps or similar tools for project management.
• Query data from relational and NoSQL databases.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders through presentations and reports.
• Adapt to changing priorities and manage time efficiently.
