Position: Technical Business Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC (onsite 3x per week)

Duration: 6 months - Extending to 24 months

Pay Rate: $40-50hr

Position Overview:

The Technical Business Analyst will play a crucial role in identifying business requirements, analyzing processes, and implementing effective solutions. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role and exposure to PowerApps, along with a strong understanding of both business and technical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

• Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.

• Develop and maintain PowerApps applications to streamline business processes.

• Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed solutions.

• Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.

• Perform data analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.

• Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.

• Ensure quality assurance and user acceptance testing of solutions before deployment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

• Strong exposure to Microsoft PowerApps and related technologies.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in gathering requirements and documenting processes.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
