- Technical architect skills
- Able to work/create Visio diagrams.
- Someone ideally should come out of order management but if not, at least retail.
- Prefer someone who has worked with cloud solutions.
- Ideally will have worked with numerous technologies… Tibco, Java preferred.
- Also should be able to provide the direction for the future technology stack for the team
