Technical Analyst II - PamTen Inc

The Field System Analyst II (FSA) serves as the primary technology contact at revenue-generating locations for our client. Their key responsibility is to ensure technology uptime, especially on Sale Days.

In case of any technology issues, the FSA has the authority to take immediate action or involve the necessary personnel to resolve the problem swiftly, providing and leading with recommendations.

As the senior on-site technology resource, the FSA is relied upon by local auction management to ensure all technologies function correctly every day, both on sale and non-sale days.

The role of Field System Analyst I (FSA) is deemed unsuitable due to its junior nature. Given the significant scale and revenue impact at a Manheim Auction, a more experienced Field System Analyst II (FSA) is necessary to handle the critical responsibilities effectively.
