Technical Analyst - Child Welfare
Our client, is a national leader in planning, managing and supporting complex projects that modernize the information technology and business processes of large government programs. For more than 25 years, they have applied their expertise, innovation, and results-oriented mindset to the most complex program modernization projects of over 200 government and other organizations including 46 state and territory governments, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the U.S. Department of Labor, and large municipal governments. We are seeking a Technical Analyst to support their Child Welfare IV&V project team to provide reviews and feedback on the CCWIS modernization project.
The Qualifications and Responsibilities are as follows:
Qualifications:
➢ Hands on experience of various technical solution architecture facets (e.g., front end solutions, package based development foundations, data management, cloud configuration)
➢ Experience using an integration solution (e.g., MuleSoft) with package based development foundation (e.g., Salesforce)
➢ Experience and very good understanding of data management (e.g., conversion, interfacing, integration, data governance) techniques and technical engineering
➢ Experience integrating new web applications with existing applications
➢ Experience evaluating and determinating develop verses configuration solution considerations ➢ Ability to review solution specifications and write observations where technical solution may cause risks to the project
➢ IV&V and/or Quality Assurance experience along with strong written communications is a plus
➢ Experience solutioning and testing package based development applications is a plus
➢ Hands on experience using and setting up Microsoft Azure DevOps is a plus
➢ Good understanding of Child Welfare technical needs is a plus
Responsibilities:
➢ Applies knowledge and experience of industry best practices and standards to determine solution comparison considerations
➢ Observes design, development, and testing meetings and activities
➢ Participates in ongoing IV&V risk assessments activities, shares obsevarations as they occur, and assists with the drafing of IV&V observations
➢ Performs reviews of project technical documentation and provides feedback
➢ Reviews solution configuration to ensure they reflect the approved system development standards and adhere to best practices
➢ Reviews technical solution component requirements to identify gaps
