Position Summary | The University of New Mexico, College of University Libraries & Learning Sciences (CULLS) has an opening for a full time Technical Support Analyst 2 to join the Library Information Technology Department. This position is not remote. You are required to be on campus. We are responsible for supporting enterprise-wide mission-critical solutions associated with CULLS core teaching and learning mission. These include supporting of video conferencing, digital signage, and classroom/conference room related audio-visual technologies, SharePoint, and Workstation Management. You must be comfortable physically moving equipment around the various buildings supported by the college. A resume and cover letter are required as part of your application. Minimum Qualifications | Bachelor's degree; at least 1 year of progressively responsible experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
