Multiple Openings: Senior Accountant/Accounting Manager/Associate Director of Accounting 

Venteon Finance is seeking a Senior Accountant/Accounting Manager/Associate Director of Accounting for a financial services client located in Troy. The Senior Accountant will support U.S. GAAP compliance and will also assist in external reporting and SOX internal controls review.

Requirements of the Senior Accountant/Accounting Manager/Associate Director of Accounting 

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting required. Master's Degree strongly preferred.
• Public accounting experience.
• Excellent computer skills are required MS Office, MS Excel, Macros, database use.

Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant/Accounting Manager/Associate Director of Accounting 

• Collaborate with senior management to strategically develop, implement, perform and maintain accounting policies.
• Assist in the compilation and review of quarterly presentations made to the Executive Committee, Disclosure Committee and Audit Committee
• Assist in the compilation and review of SEC filings
• Identify financial risks within the department and provide solutions to mitigate risks.
