Your Main Mission:
- Work as part of a team to support a dynamic technical training program.
- Provide program coordination, including: tracking and registering students; coordinating class schedules; welcoming participants and supporting any learning or accessibility needs; collaborating with SMEs, designers, and instructors; preparing course materials; setting up training sessions; closing up training sessions; providing student credit; and providing reports and metrics on course enrollments, completions, and programs conducted.
- Provide reporting on training activities as required.
- Execute diplomacy working with various levels of team members, managers, and customer to identify requirements and develop action plans.
- Provide technical instruction as needed.
- Coordinate VIP visits, support visitors or outside speakers, support customers, set-up and support project meetings, and assist with ad hoc tasks related to the successful running of the technical training program.
- Develop and/or assist with developing classroom and e-learning materials and courses in conjunction with instructional designers and instructors using a range of learning tools.
- Partner cross-functionally with other team members, such as AV, IT, instructors, and production teams, to accomplish tasks and complete projects.
- Work with customers to coordinate resources, prioritize activities, and ensure quality and timely products.
- Utilize a project tracking tool and weekly meetings to track, communicate, and manage all tasks and projects to ensure all assigned tasks are completed or before the established due date.
- Archive projects per office-designated standards.
- Adhere to customer security policies and procedures regarding the use of systems, equipment, facilities, and infrastructure.
What Sets You Apart:
- Possess a current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
- A Bachelor’s degree and at least four (4) years of related job experience. Experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to independently craft error-free, tone appropriate, and professional marketing, informational, and status communications in a variety of mediums and formats across a wide range of audiences.
- At least two years of direct customer service experience.
- At least two years of administrative, data entry, or clerical experience.
- Experience cleaning, organizing, managing, and maintaining data.
- Basic data literacy, able to input, process, and clean data sets and records.
- Ability to learn classroom instruction and facilitation skills.
- Ability to learn technical skills and teach them to others.
- Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
- A self-starter, who is highly organized and capable of setting and maintaining schedules for themselves and for others, including coordinating and communicating schedule elements.
- Experience utilizing project tracking mechanisms to communicate, coordinate, prioritize, and complete projects on schedule.
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite of products (e.g., MS Word, PowerPoint, or Excel).
You Might Also Have:
- Significant experience or training in data integrity, data management, and/or data organization.
- Experience designing, planning, and/or conducting instructional programs, experiential learning, or on-line learning.
- Experience with records management including experience using record management or learning management systems.
- Experience providing instruction, especially technical instruction.
- Experience or training in copy editing for print or screen publications.
- Familiarity with copyright and ADA compliance regulations.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts or models.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $61,750.00 - $111,625.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
