Our exclusive client is looking to hire a Tier 2 Technical Support Engineer. Responsible for troubleshooting end user hardware and software problems, remotely and on site. This is on site 4 days a week in White Plains.
Required Skills:
3+ years experience in a tier 2 IT support role
Proficient in Microsoft Windows Pro OS (10/11)
Office 365 Enterprise and Business, significant Outlook and Teams is a must
Exchange and Active Directory admin
Laptop/Desktop hardware and software configuration
Experience with wireless access points management and configuration
iOS and Android phone configurations
Remote Desktop environment
Bonus/preferred Skills
SQL Server
Sharepoint, Dynamics , Smart Boards
Any technical certifications such as A+, MCP, MCSE
Education:
MUST have a Bachelors Degree, CS preferred
