Job Description:
- Find below description for Salesforce requirement. Person could be a lead developer if not tech lead but ideally looking for tech lead.
- Design Sales/Service Cloud solutions by working closely with application owners, business analysts, solution architects and product owners to build technology solutions to meet business needs.
- Should be strong in for any task/project including understanding requirements, design, coding, testing and deployment.
- Supporting, maintaining, and improving the working of existing Sales/Service cloud applications for optimal functionality.
- Collaborating with stakeholders and other developers to identify and implement improvements for the system.
- Develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions including custom platform development (APEX, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce) and external data integration (middleware tools, Salesforce APIs)
- Architecture and implemented AI-driven Salesforce’s Einstein analytics products.
- Develop and maintain integrations with other business systems, such as Oracle ERP and CRM, Amazon Connect, Payment Gateway.
- Provides application support by analyzing defects, replicating/fixing defects, and providing root cause analysis for defects. Troubleshoots and resolves functional and performance-related issues.
- Support post deployment activities including knowledge transfer, process documentation, and application bug fixes.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure that the best practices for the existing and new Salesforce solutions are implemented.
- Troubleshoot issues, provide recommendations, and oversee solution implementation in the areas of data integrity standards, data quality and overall Salesforce system usage.
- Create and maintain Salesforce configuration documentation and technical specifications.
- Stay updated with new Salesforce features & functionalities and recommend the best practices to enhance the existing Salesforce implementations.
- Provide technical guidance to non-technical stakeholders and explain technical concepts in non-technical terms.
- Participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Collaborate with teammates on system testing and validation processes, including UAT and Quality Assurance, in Salesforce and integrated systems.
- Sales and service cloud, AI-driven Salesforce’s Einstein.
