Job Description:
- Total 8-10 years’ experience in Teamcenter Data Migration projects
- Expertise with data migration ETL concepts, data mapping and data validation to Teamcenter from legacy applications, Tc Enterprise etc.
- Expertise in SQL queries and hands on working experience in Teamcenter data base level in terms of data validations
- knowledge in Teamcenter data migration utilities like CSV2TCXML, TC_IMPORT, IPS upload etc
- Knowledge and understanding on Teamcenter data Modelling.
- Knowledge in migration utilities install, administration and troubleshooting
- Develop migration strategies and plans.
- Data migration strategy development tailored for Teamcenter – pros and cons of big bang, phased migrations
- Experience with data migration, mapping, data validation to Teamcenter from legacy applications
- Data analysis and mapping to ensure data integrity and consistency. Conduct thorough testing to validate data accuracy.
- Analyse data migration tools for ETL processes and recommend the best tools/utilities ensuring efficient data migration
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning.
- Analyse legacy data and define mapping to Teamcenter schema.
- ETL - Execute data extraction from legacy systems. Perform data transformation and load data into Teamcenter.
- Develop and maintain migration scripts and tools.
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and address feedback.
- Document migration processes and configurations.
- Provide training and support to end-users and administrators.
- Monitor the migration process and resolve any issues.
- Provide post-migration support to ensure smooth transition.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, ability to engage and work in a global team across Europe.
- Work closely with IT teams, business analysts, and end-users.
- Coordinate with Teamcenter administrators and support teams.
