Team Over-the-Road Truck Driver (18-Day Fleet) $.95 CPM - USA CDL Recruiting

Pay Structure:

• Base Pay Per Practical Mile:
• With Hazmat Endorsement: 0.98
• Without Hazmat Endorsement: 0.95
• Annual Pay Raises: 0.01 per mile on your anniversary date for the first 3 years.
• Every 18 days for 5 days.
• Full truckload, dry van.

Option 1 (with qualifying safety record):

• CSA Safety Bonus: 1,025 or 825
• On-Road Safety Bonus: 600
• Paid Time Off: Provided.
• Bonus Frequency: Every 45 days for the first 90 days, then every 90 days thereafter.
• Initial Sign-on Bonus: 525

Option 2:

Additional Pay and Raises:

• CSA Safety Bonus:
• Frequency: Every 90 days.
• Amount: 1,025 (if Hazmat Endorsed) or 825 + 8 hours Paid Time Off.
