Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
- Responding promptly and respectfully to guest needs
- Assisting in training new hires and setting a positive tone for shifts
- Being a supportive and motivating team player
- Leading shifts, opening/closing responsibilities, and key holder duties
- Handling end-of-day cash procedures
- Demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications and Requirements:

- Ability to make emotional connections with guests
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on serving team members
- Commitment to delivering superior customer service
- Experience in leadership roles within the restaurant industry preferred
