Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience building scaled operations, efficient workflow design, operations management, process documentation, or similar.
- Experience in people management.
- Experience in fraud detection or fraud mitigation.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in crafting compelling narratives intended to influence internal and external stakeholders, as well as presenting to executives in the organization.
- Knowledge of data analysis.
- Ability to solve large unstructured business problems, working closely with cross-regional and cross-functional teams.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$234,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Serve as a executive lead in the organization to manage review operations and enforcement strategies applicable to Google Play’s payments policies.
- Drive alignment and strengthen partnership with executive stakeholders across Trust and Safety, and other cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Business Development and Legal).
- Incorporate safety by design principles into our approach, with the objective of identifying and mitigating risks upstream.
- Demonstrate core process knowledge of building robust operations, efficient workflow design and deliver consistent outcomes.
