As a Team Lead, your responsibilities will include:
- Picking up produce/groceries a few times a week
- Supervising and leading a team of talented individuals
- Filling in as line cook whenever needed
- Ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high-quality standards
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that arise
- Training and coaching team members to deliver outstanding performance
- Managing inventory and maintaining stock levels
- Assisting with scheduling and ensuring adequate staffing levels
Qualifications:
- Must have line cook experience
- Previous experience in a leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
