Candidate should be Tech Savvy on Java/J2EE and Microservice with Tomcat/WLS and having good hands-on Build/Deployment strategy on any cloud (Openshift or GCP are preferable) and able to coach/guide the team technically, should have led the team of min 3 and 5.
