Our client is seeking Teacher’s Assistants/Paraprofessionals starting at $18/hr for the Cleveland area schools! FAST STARTS!

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Provide support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities; facilitating personal growth and relationship building.
* Ensure a pleasant experience for the Individuals in a quality program
* Encourage personal skill development by showing, teaching, talking, and coaching in a 1:1 setting
* Encourage Individuals to develop and maintain relationships with housemates, friends, family, and significant others
* Provide opportunities for Individuals to learn decision-making and problem-solving skills
* Complete daily log book process, and relay feedback to the Program Coordinator

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent
* Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
* Ability to interact and communicate effectively with others
